The Position
We seek a detail-oriented rock-star to serve as a Client Services Coordinator. This is a stay-at-home position within a virtual call center.
Client Services Coordinators are the first point of contact for our clients. This position is the central hub of our business -- the nerve center. In this role you would serve as a scheduler, dispatcher, organizer, and client advocate.
We seek someone who has a calming and supportive voice, but is also decisive enough to lead with the words, “We have a plan and we can help!” This team member must be exceptionally well-organized and precise in their execution; someone who pays close attention to every detail, and a great team player who works well with others.
Responsibilities Include

Answer incoming calls

Manage behaviorists’ travel routes

Receive payments

Assist in errands, company meetings, and general organization
