Our goal is to provide an excellent training service to all our clients. Booking an appointment holds a valuable space on our calendar that is no longer available to other clients. Some of these clients may be in crisis, and, in some cases, a dog’s life or person’s health could be at stake. To help provide service in a timely manner we have established some guidelines for missed appointments.
We understand that life can be hectic and appointments will sometimes need to be rescheduled. We are always happy to accommodate. We do ask that you reschedule no later than 3 days in advance. With this notice we can fill the spot for someone else in need.

Late Cancellations / Reschedules
If cancellation has not been made within 3 days, it will be considered late. Each client gets one late cancellation. After 2 or more late cancellations you will be added to the dreaded “Late Canceller” list. This means a non-refundable Single Session payment will need to be made to rebook another lesson. Package holders will lose that lesson.
Exclusions: weather, pandemic outbreak, loss of a limb in a blimp accident
We know sometimes traffic can get in the way. If you are going to be more than 5 minutes late please give us a shout and let us know. An appointment is considered a ‘no-show’ after 15 minutes late, unless we have heard from you. If we run late we will do the same!
If you miss an appointment and a trainer has arrived at your home, you will be charged for that lesson. For those who use Single Sessions, we will contact you and ask for a credit card payment for one lesson.
Refunds are not available for unused training package lessons. Lessons are non-transferable and expire after 1 year from sign-up date.
